Preventive Cities implies the proposal of joint work of Government agencies, NGOs and the participation of the community, as an answer to mobilize a total citizenship movement of healthy change, with mutual support and hope in these difficult times which humanity undergoes.
A preventive city is one in which many partners work together with the same objective to transform the city where they live in a place where young people will be able to develop their potencials, as much as possible, in a climate of mutual support, security, peace and joy.
