Prof. Mina Seinfeld de Carakushansky, president of BRAHA (Brazilian Humanitarians in Action), met with Dr. Carmen Fernandez, the General Director of CIJ - Centros de Integracion Juvenil, a Mexican organization of Drug Prevention which is the largest of its kind in Latin America. CIJ and BRAHA have a formal interchange of técnical and scientific informations regarding drug demand reduction. Prof. Seinfeld de Carakushansky has been an invited speaker at the Annual International Conferences organized by CIJ in México City and at which more than four thousand professionals participate.
